Abelharuco is a fruity and fresh white wine. Exhibiting an elegant bouquet, it presents notes of white orchard fruits, with hints of tropical fruits and citrus details. It is a light and youthful wine, somewhat mineral and finishing with very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Abelharuco is a white wine produced with white grapes of Verdelho, Antão Vaz, and Arinto planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine stayed 6 months in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring in the last month, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Abelharuco is an irreverent white wine with youthful and vibrant aromas. It is a light white wine but with expressive notes of white fruit, some citrus and finishing with touches of tropical fruits. It presents a fresh and mineral character, finishing with good acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
The wine bottle should be stored lying down at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 10°C to 12ºC.
